After an accomplished career at renowned financial institutions including TIAA and JPMorgan, Jeffrey Barnett established Fintegrity in 2017, based in Tenafly, NJ. His vision was to create a firm dedicated to offering families independent investment management and financial planning with a focus on transparency, fiduciary responsibility, and personalized solutions. Fintegrity was founded to overcome the limitations of traditional firms, addressing common issues like product-driven conflicts of interest, frequent staff turnover, and the practice of delegating clients to junior staff. Tailored for families with $2–$25 million in assets, the firm delivers disciplined, consistent, and transparent wealth management designed to meet each family’s unique goals and needs.
