Why do I find more than one company named "Fintegrity"?
The name is used by several unrelated businesses in different fields. That’s common with coined, brandable names, and there’s no connection between them. This website is about Fintegrity LLC of Tenafly, New Jersey, the investment advisory firm.
Who is the Fintegrity LLC that provides investment advice?
Fintegrity LLC is a fee-only, fiduciary registered investment adviser located at 60 Woodland Park Drive, Tenafly, New Jersey, founded in 2017 by Jeffrey Barnett. Barnett previously led product management for an approximately $40 billion portfolio at TIAA and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. The firm is registered in New Jersey, New York, and Texas under CRD #292421 and manages custom portfolios and financial planning for families investing more than $2 million. FINTEGRITY is also our federally registered service mark (U.S. Reg. No. 5,669,662), used since 2017 for financial consulting and wealth management services. That CRD number and registration are unique to us. We are the only Fintegrity offering investment services in the US and we serve clients throughout the country.
Is this the Fintegrity named in the patent lawsuits I've seen?
No. A different, unrelated company that shares the name is the plaintiff in that patent litigation. Fintegrity LLC of Tenafly, the investment adviser, holds no patents and is not involved in patent litigation of any kind. If you’ve seen coverage describing the plaintiff as an “investment adviser firm,” that description does not refer to us, and we’ve reached out to correct it where it appears.
